Welcome to Consumer Directed Choices, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded and controlled by people with disabilities and their families. With the expertise of the "end users" of home health care, Consumer Directed Choices is the genuine Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). All operations are handled locally - directly within the Greater Capital Region. In 1996, I began building all of the infrastructure needed to begin offering the first CDPAP in the Greater Capital Region. I am extremely proud of our staff and our Board of Directors who work tirelessly to provide exemplary customer service!
