Consumer Directed Choices (CDChoices) announces the promotion of Brian Frasier to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Since 1997, CDChoices, a $42 million nonprofit organization, has helped seniors and people with disabilities maintain or regain independence by empowering them to manage their home care.

Frasier transitioned into the CFO position after three years serving as Senior Financial Operations Manager.

Frasier brings over 30 years of experience to this role holding accounting and finance leadership positions including Interim CFO, Director of Finance, and Controller in regional health care system organizations.
Frasier received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Siena College and a master’s degree in accounting from Liberty University. He served in the United States Army (1986-1989) and New York Army National Guard (1989-1993).

Frasier lives in Mechanicville, N.Y., and has been married to his wife, Georgeanna, for more than 35 years.
