CDChoices to Host International Children’s Book Day Livestream in Partnership with St. Ambrose School

Consumer Directed Choices is partnering with St. Ambrose School in Latham, New York to host an International Children’s Book Day Facebook Live. Denise DiNoto of CDChoices will be reading the book “Butterfly on Wheels” by Albany native author Shameka Andrews. 

Denise is a strong advocate for individuals living with disabilities as she herself is a Consumer. She empowers individuals to take control of their own home care through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance (CDPA) program.

Shameka, a Disability Advocate and Consultant, provides resources and workshops to people with disabilities, their families and community organizations. She is the State Coordinator of the Ms. Wheelchair NY Program.
