Employees at CDChoices rolled up their sleeves at Jezreel International and the Veteran’s Miracle Center warehouse on Friday, April 22, 2022. The team provided some much-needed help unboxing and organizing incoming donations that will be distributed to both local charities, as well as shipped internationally to countries with high poverty levels. Jezreel International is the parent company of the Veterans Miracle Center, which receives donated goods at its retail-style resource center. Volunteers then unbox and organize all the donations by category before distributing based on the greatest needs locally, statewide, and internationally. Some shipments are sent to countries like Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, and Ghana. Jezreel also recently sent shipments to Ukraine families in desperate need of essentials. Christopher Graber, Chief Executive Officer for Consumer Directed Choices, says “It’s important to give back and it’s important for non-profit organizations to partner with other non-profit organizations.
