Jake Frankel of Authority Magazine interviewed Chris Graber, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CDChoices, in an interview series called “5 Things We Must Do To Improve the U.S. Healthcare System.” Chris spoke about his journey with CDChoices, joining in 2006 as a bookkeeper, working his way up to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2011, and CEO in 2020. As a “healthcare insider,” Chris shares five changes that need to be made to improve the overall U.S. healthcare system and what concrete steps would have to be taken to manifest these changes. He shares his experience as a CEO amid the COVID-19 pandemic, examples of where the U.S. healthcare system has struggled, and how to correct these issues moving forward.
