On Friday, May 17, 2024, Senior Vice President of Operations, Hongwei Zhang, was recognized as an honoree of the 40 Under 40 Class of 2024. Hongwei was asked several questions about herself and her career, including, “What’s been the most pivotal moment of your career so far?” She answered, “The pivotal moment of my career is witnessing the growth of my staff — seeing someone transform from ordinary to extraordinary and achieving milestones one after another. I consider myself fortunate to have contributed positively to their growth, whether directly or indirectly. Even if I may not be involved in their future endeavors, knowing they’ve acquired the skills, confidence and inspiration to thrive in their future fills me with pride and satisfaction.”
