On July 1, the NYS Department of Health (DOH) issued policy guidance to implement changes in reimbursement to Consumer Directed Personal Assistance (CDPA) Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs). The new policy severely cuts the reimbursement FIs will receive to operate and administer CDPA.
